About us…

All Property Management (APM) was established in 1991 by John Rice. In addition to being a Property Manager, John has been in the Real Estate industry as a Real Estate Broker for 33 years. Recently, John opened a new office under the name Independent Real Estate Brokers/Coastside Associates where clients can get full Real Estate services.

In 2001, Holly Easterby joined John as his Assistant Property Manager.  Holly is also a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Located in beautiful Pacifica, California, APM manages over 70 properties, both single family residence and multi-unit. Most of our rental properties are located here in Pacifica, with a few in South San Francisco, Daly City, San Bruno, Montara and El Granada.

All Property Management offers a wide range of services for property owners. If you’re looking to just find a tenant and then manage your property yourself, we can assist you with advertising, preparing and showing the property, and screening and selecting the right tenant. If you are looking for someone to manage your property full time for you, we can do everything from putting a tenant in place to depositing your owner payment for you at your bank of choice. APM can also pay your rental property bills, including insurance, mortgages and property taxes.
